For over 20 years,long time local resident and business owner Jackie Taylor knows a thing or two about community service. Her business,”Neighborhood Tax Service” Serves the local Charlotte North Carolina area. Her true joy was creating the non-profit organization “Random Acts of Kindness” tasked with distributing food baskets to the elderly and needy families. Jackie is quite proud of the recently organized “Women of Purpose on The Rise” whose mission statement  is “Women’s Self Empowerment” in social, educational, economic, political and psychological empowerment infomation,  through the website, referral services,articles, sharing, pocasts,special events,videos.
